On Saturday, October 4th from Noon to Four The Joint Venture Band returns to Deaver Vineyards and Winery with their great collection of Fifties, Sixties and Seventies Rock and Roll. And on Sunday, October 5th from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM Please welcome back Symposium Jazz In Symposium the listener might discover the ideal match of popular instrumental music with the many modes of jazz - - hearing a soft, lyrical horn passage one moment and a dynamic, poly-rhythmic ensemble passage the next. There is something for everyone in the music of Symposium Jazz -- a dramatic range from tragic to funny, a landscape of sounds and harmonic inventiveness from pastoral to symphonic, a mix of the earthy and ethereal, the primitive and the high-tech.

Taste what the Shenandoah Valley of Amador County is all about. While grooving to the sounds of the Joint Venture on Saturday or Symposium on Sunday savor our Zinfandels, Barbera and Sangiovese. We're having an appetizer fest. Gourmet Food Giant Robert Rothschild representative will be on board Saturday featuring Buffalo Bleu Cheese Dip, Onion Blossom Horseradish, Red Pepper & Romano Bruschette, Dirty Martini Dip, Raspberry Honey Mustard and much more. Don't miss our traditional Apricot Pepper Jelly spread, Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade on Ginger snaps and a delicious variety of dipping oils with fresh baguette slices and don't forget the chocolate and ports. For your convenience, our Tasting Room is Open 'til 5 PM Advance prices: $30 for Saturday and Sunday and includes a commemorative wine glass.
