Nana's Amador Harvest Inn Artichoke Frittata
Pair with a delicious Deaver Vineyards "Dellini" Cocktail (Recipe available ONLINE)

Mrs. Bobbie Deaver -- Nana -- is the matriarch of the current generations of the Deaver Family. She remains a cherished part of the whole Shenandoah Valley of Amador County wine region.

Early in the morning at Amador Harvest Inn you could find Nana in the kitchen preparing this delicious dish for her overnight guests. There are many fond memories around the table chatting and enjoying breakfast with Nana.

The recipes Nana has created and developed over the years are legendary for their wonderful flavors and the gracious table at which they are served. We hope you'll enjoy this one as much as we do.

Ingredients:

Nonstick cooking spray
1 cup thick and chunky salsa
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
