Summer Broccoli Slaw
Recipe

Ingredients for the Salad:

Two 12 to 16 ounce packages broccoli slaw
        (in the bagged salad section of your grocery store)

Or 

1 large broccoli crown, trimmed and chopped into 1/4 inch pieces,
2 carrots, shredded
Half head red cabbage, shredded.

1/4 cup sunflower seeds, hulled
1/4 cup raisins

 For the Dressing:

1/3 cup Narsai’s Dijon mustard*
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons hot sauce
2 teaspoons celery seeds
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

In large bowl, whisk together mustards and sugar. Slowly add in remaining ingredients and continue to whisk until blended and smooth. Add in broccoli slaw, mix together and serve.

Serves 6 to 8
