Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade
With Ginger Snaps

1-8 oz package softened cream cheese
3-T Earth & Vine Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade
1-16 oz Package Gingersnap Cookies

Mix first two ingredients together with a hand blender until fluffy. Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour. Place mixture in a decorative container and serve with gingersnap cookies.
