 Deaver Vineyards Mulled Wine
 This festive beverage is particularly nice for holiday entertaining when there's a chill in the air. We like it made with Deaver Vineyards Vintage Zinfandels, of course, but any Deaver Zin will make it wonderful. You might try it with our <1999 SIGNATURE ZIN> or our <1998 ZIN 14.8%>

Ingredients: 1 bottle vintage Deaver Vineyards Zinfandel 12 oz water 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 packet of Wine Country Mulling Spices * Method: Put wine, water, brown sugar, and packet of mulling spices in large pot. Simmer slowly; do not boil, for at least an hour.  * Available in Deaver Vineyards Tasting Room gourmet foods section
