Ingredients: Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place eggs in mixer and beat. Add flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and cottage cheese until well incorporated. Stir in jack cheese, butter, and green chilies. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Serves 12 Tested and contributed by Kristi Santens
12 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1 pound shredded jack cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1 7 ounce can diced green chilies
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until firm. Remove from oven and cool for 3 to 5 minutes. Cut into serving pieces; serve with bacon or sausage, fresh fruit, and a Deaver Vineyards refreshing Dellini cocktail (Recipe available online here)
