 Roma Tomato & Chili Melange Jam and Cheese Torte

The combination of California Roma tomatoes, premium Mexican chilis and cheddar cheese create an interesting range of flavors that will have your guests returning often for more.

You can prepare this tasty spread for crackers or sliced baguette a day ahead of your party.

Do not tell your guests how easy it is. Let them think you worked for hours to make it. Serve with a bottle (or two) of our zesty, smoky Deaver's Blend* to complete the dish.

Ingredients and Equipment:

4 cups white cheddar cheese grated
1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped by hand
1/4 cup mayonnaise
9 oz jar Earth & Vine Provisions Roma Tomato Chili Melange Jam*
Sprig of flat Italian parsley for garnish

6 inch spring form pan

Preparation:

Mix together cheese, onion, mayonnaise and Roma Tomato Chili Melange Jam until well incorporated. Line spring form pan with plastic wrap extended over the edge. Place the mixture in the spring form pan, smooth evenly and drape plastic wrap over top of mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

Garnish with a sprig of flat Italian parsley and serve with crackers or sliced baguette and a bottle of our award-winning Deaver's Blend* wine.
