Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients: Method: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut potatoes into wedges. In large bowl, combine oil, hot sauce, poultry seasoning, paprika and cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss potatoes in dressing and spread out in a single layer on a nonstick cookie sheet. Roast in oven for 20 minutes, turning once. Serve immediately with Crusty Cajun Chicken, braised greens and sliced tomatoes. Serves 4 Tested and contributed by Kristi Santens
2 sweet potatoes
3-4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
