Honey Glazed Grilled Salmon
Pair with Deaver Syrah (available ONLINE)
Ingredients: Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly butter a 10-inch cake pan and line bottom with parchment paper. In a small saucepan over high heat, reduce the vinegar to 1/4 cup. In a mixing bowl, combine the vinegar syrup with the mustard, honey, and ancho chili powder and season to taste with salt and pepper. Preheat grill. Brush the salmon with the glaze and grill three minutes on each side for medium. Serve with Deaver Syrah. Serves 4
1 Cup Red wine vinegar
2 Tbs Dijon mustard
1/4 Cup Honey
1 Tbs Ancho chili powder
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
4 Salmon fillets
