Red Bell Pepper and Cheese Torte

With Ancho Chili Jam

6” spring form pan
4 cups white cheddar cheese grated
½ red onion, finely chopped by hand
¼ cup mayonnaise
7 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Red Bell Pepper & Ancho Chili Jam

Mix together cheese, onion and mayonnaise. Spray spring form pan with a non-stick spray, Spread mixture in pan and pour jam over mixture.

Refrigerate overnight.

Remove spring form edge before serving.

Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
